Your purchase will be delivered by the Royal Mail first class signed for service
in 1-2 business days.

If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted
to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.

EUROPE
Signed for delivery £9.00
Your purchase will be delivered by your local postal service
in 2-3 business days.

This is a signed for your delivery service.
If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted
to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery with the local postal service.
All our products are shipped from the UK.
Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REST OF WORLD
Signed for delivery £15.00
Your purchase will be delivered by your local postal service
in approx 5-10 business days for the USA / 8-15 working days for Australia
and New Zealand.

This is a signed for your delivery service.
If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted
to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery with the local postal service.
All our products are shipped from the UK.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
You should return the item in its original condition.
Please return the item filling in the returns slip enclosed.
Subject to Tootsa MacGinty receiving the item in its original condition we will then refund the original cost of the item.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to deal with returned items.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, we apologise.  Please return it to us in its original condition and we will send you the correct item.
We will refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your delivery, we apologise.
Please contact info@tootsamacginty.com and we will sort it out for you.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please return it to us using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery.  If there is a fault with an item we apologise and we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost and reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty item.  Alternatively, if you wish, we will refund you fully, including the cost of returning it to us.

EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange an item please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery. Subject to Tootsa MacGinty  receiving the item in its original condition we will exchange the item if it is the wrong size or colour subject to availability. You must pay the postage for returning the item but we will send you the replacement item free of charge. We can also exchange an item for another of the same value.

RETURNING ITEMS
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive them for us to deal with returned items. Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.  Therefore we advise that you use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
